i pay a shared hosting server and i’m wondering if there is a program i can install on it to have web conferencing for free. In few words what i want is something like adobe connect but that i can install on my server so i don`t have to pay.

Hi, I have respective important meetings to make with people across the country. Would anyone know what the best netting conferencing program is out there? Depends on what you’re trying to do. Cheapest would probably be NetMeeting, which you have access to if you have Internet Explorer (try File->New->Internet Call and see what occurred). I’ve used it with PowerPoint presentations, Desktop sharing, etc. Little rough when it comes to scaling the screen, punching through firewalls, etc. but you can’t beat the price or availability. After that you can start looking at Webex or LiveMeeting, but then you’ll involving to start paying. With these you’ll get features related to multiple hosts, voting, etc.

Question by adam: What sort of web hosting package is best for running / reselling an audio streaming/storage service?
If I wanted to run a service which would operate maximum in state of art server rooting scripting capabilities for online music collaboration running through the servers, and also for reselling storage server space by the gigabyte, what package give the best scope for this?Not looked at online hosting for a while so thought I’d ask the community here first.Thanks.

Your own server, since you want to be state of the art at all times. Many hosting companies lag 6 months or a year (or more) behind.You want a package that gives you the most bandwidth and the most disk space. Running on a Linux packaged. Preferably not divided (not a virtual server, a dedicated server).
