Skype is good (and free) for expressing and video conferencing. It also permit you to call of conference in regular telephoned through the paid SkypeOut service. (So you can have a conference with 3 Skype users + 2 regular phone users at the same time)There is a 3rd party qualifying on for screensharing, called Unyte, but I haven’t found this to be very good.Try GotoMeeting for screen / record sharing – they seem to be the scoop price/feature mix – around $ 40/month. Otherwise WebEx is very full featured, but more expensive.On the free pull, have a look at UltraVNC – but this is a pain to set up; so unless both parties are pretty technical I would advise against going this route. Small Business collaboration. A netted based system that lets employees check out emails (work on emails) from a general email account (support, or information email address for the company), but letting all other employees know that that person is working on it.Not a wiki, thats for collaboration, I am talking about EMAIL collaboration, where I have all company emails go to one account, and then a way for employees to check out emails, I can track who responded to what, so that people are not working on the same emails.
