Is there a site that lets you add comments to any web page, for collaboration?

Question by Chris B: Is there a site that lets you add comments to any web page, for collaboration?
I’m looking for a tool where, you tin go to any web page, and, say, at the bottom, there will show up an additional area where people tin add comments. It would show different people’s comments. This would be a great tool for populating collaborating on developing a web page, or noting things they liked about a particular page.Anyone “logged in” to the tool, would be able to see everybody else’s notes about the page, and add their own.I’m sure there must be such a tool! Thanks!
